A short post

Here is a yummy Greek salad recipe I like to make

I just throw all this together in this order so I don't usually measure so you may have to do to taste.

1 1/2 heads of iceberg lettuce, torn and put in bowl
1 container of Feta cheese tomato and herb flavor, sprinkle on lettuce
1-2 large tomatoes, chunked how you like
1/2 cup of pitted Kalamata olives
A few tablespoons of garlic powder to taste, sprinkle on salad
salt and pepper to taste

Toss all these ingredients in salad bowl
Add about 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup (to taste) of corn oil
Toss salad

Right before serving toss salad again and add lemon juice or white vinegar (about 1/4 cup).
