Another quick recipe for Pinto Beans

You know I had that pound of pinto beans which turns from dry to cooked into a ton of pinto beans, well....

I took some of the leftover beans and mixed in a can of Rotel tomatoes and some already cooked white rice and a small can of green chile's.

A nice, spicy, filling concoction to go with any mexican meal!

We had it with beef tamales and some chips and salsa.
