Got some cake mixes laying around, odd ingredients you dont' know what to do with?

Cherry cake (this cake has many variations, use any filling you want for a new flavor)

1 box of angel food cake
1 can of cherry pie filling
Mix together until blended
Pour in 9 x 13 pan
Bake at 350 degrees for 18 -20 minutes

Frost if you would like

Easy Pumpkin spice cookies

1 box of spice cake
1 large can of pumpkin pie filling
(optional) about a 1/2-1/3 cup chocolate chips
Mix together until blended
Drop in spoonfuls on cookie sheet
350 degrees for 25 minutes


Make cream cheese frosting
4T of powdered sugar mixed with 1 8oz package of your favorite cream cheese (I used reduced fat).
