Easy "What's in the house" Marinara sauce

1 quart of fresh canned tomatoes
1 chopped green pepper
1/2 chopped red onion
4 large chopped white mushrooms
1 can of mushrooms
Lots of minced garlic
Lots of seasonings (basil, oregano, parsely, italian seasoning, etc.)
A little bit of grated paremesan reggiano cheese for some kid
Olive oil
salt and pepper

Throw all in a pot and stir regularly until the cheese melts and vegetables are softened.

A quick and tasty week night meal.
