First time making Beef ribs

I had some beef back ribs from the Food Coop to cook so I bought extra ribs for company and here is what I did.

Boiled the ribs in water with onion, celery, carrots, and salt and pepper for about 45-50 minutes.

Took ribs out and cut them apart in individual rib pieces and put them in a baking pan, I used 2 9x13 size pans.

Basted them with BBQ sauce, I combined original bulls eye with some smoked chipotle bbq sauce.

Put them in the oven for about an hour at 350 degrees to make the sauce stick and cook the meat a bit more.

Then put on the grill to warm them through and char them a bit for that old home BBQ taste.

They were tender and delicious!
