September 24th review

I haven't posted because we haven't been eating in much since we got our house and are working there a lot.

REVIEW of DINNER, last Wednesday:

Steaks were tender and delicious. Yoder's products are tasty and don't taste salty but they do average about 700-800 mg of Sodium, keep that in mind if you need to be salt conscious. The pasta was good, it's one of my favorite ways to eat it with some olive oil and parmesan cheese melted on it. The only thing better is Myzithra cheese and brown butter on pasta from The Spaghetti Factory.

Tonight's dinner was rigatoni with Mid's sauce with meat and some Ciabatta bruschetta garlic bread -- quite tasty like texas toast but with tomatoes and herbs and cheese on top. Just pop from the freezer to the oven for 10 minutes!
