What's for dinner?

Tonight's meal will consist of:

* flat iron steaks marinated in Kraft Light Balsamic dressing all day and cooked on the grill

* Yoder's green beans in mushroom sauce - delightful 45 calories per 1/2 cup!

* pasta tossed with some olive oil and parmesan cheese

REVIEW of last night's dinner:

Delish! The pork chops had a lovely smoky flavor from the Mesquite marinade and were cooked just right and juicy. The spinach and chunks of melted feta tasted good. You can't beat homegrown tomatoes in a salad this time of year either!

The new version of the Kraft Free and Kraft light dressings have a lot more vinegar than previously. Very tasty but if you are not a huge vinegar lover, beware, it's now the second ingredient after Water in their Italian dressing.
