As I get ready to move into a new home soon I will be posting some delicious recipes for the crockpot or slow cooker that make eating healthy time saving and quick!
Tonight I am having something simple.
Chicken breast marinated with minced garlic and pepper and a little olive oil.
[I forgot we threw out the minced garlic in the big power outage, so I am doing a rub with Tastefully Simple Garlic Garlic seasoning]
A variety of vegetables drizzled with olive oil and some season salt and cooked on the grill in a foil packet to seal in moisture.
White rice with olive oil and some Garlic Garlic seasoning.
