A Little of This and a Little of That

My husband and I ate leftovers tonight. 

We had salmon and had some leftover.  So I made a salmon salad for sandwiches.

Quick and Easy Salmon Salad

Flake salmon from skin (if it had skin) into a bowl.
Mix with mayonnaise (I used the reduced fat).
Add a spoonfull, to taste, of  dill relish
Add a spoonfull, to taste, of Chili Sauce
Mix everything together and add some salt and pepper


Egg Salad -- another easy

4 hardboiled eggs
Mayonnaise
salt and pepper

Our leftover smorgasboard consisted of: cheese ravioli, pierogies, vegetarian hoppin john, and pasta and sauce.
